I worked with Charlotte closely when she was at the Canadian Olympic Committee. I admired Charlotte's organizational skills, her acute sense of observation and her direct communication style. I looked forward to any project that brought us together because I knew it would be well organized, direction would be clear, and she would be two steps ahead of any challenge.
